All personal training packages expire 14 weeks from purchased date. Therefore sessions must be completed within 14 weeks.

A 24 hour cancellation policy applies to scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged unless cover for the session can be arranged.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
